Usage of fire hydrant

A. Open the fire hydrant door and press the internal fire alarm button (the button is used to alarm and start the fire pump). In case of an emergency, open the door of the fire hydrant, break the glass on the alarm surface, and start the alarm to alarm automatically;

B. Then take out the fire hose, connect the gun head and extend it towards the fire source;

C. The other person connects the water hose and the valve door.

D. Open the valve counterclockwise and the water can be sprayed out. Note: in case of electric fire, be sure to cut off the power supply.

Precautions for fire hydrant

1. Always pay attention to whether the indoor fire hydrant has lost its use function. Because the fire hydrant is not used frequently, it is impossible to know whether there is any failure;

2. Some communities set fire hydrants to see if they are practical, because there is no water in the fire hydrant pipe in the corridor of some communities, which only plays a hypothetical role;

3. When using the fire hydrant, it should be noted that the water hose should not be distorted, which will affect the water flow. The fire extinguishing method should be from near to far;

4. If the fire is caused by gasoline or alcohol, you can't spray water directly onto the liquid surface, so the fire is more fierce.
